Lions, RB Jahmyr Gibbs agree to 3-year, $67.5M extension

Jahmyr Gibbs and the Lions reached agreement on a three-year, $67.5 million deal that could be worth up to $75.75 million and includes $51.5 million guaranteed, agent Todd France told ESPN's Adam Schefter and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
