Jon-Eric Sullivan hasn't made any draft picks yet. Started in 2026.
The Dolphins FO underwent massive changes in late 2025/early 2026 - Chris Grier was fired in October 2025 after 9 years as GM, Mike McDaniel was fired in January 2026 after a 7-10 season, and longtime co-directors of player personnel Adam Engroff (26 years) and Anthony Hunt (31 years) plus AGM Marvin Allen were let go. Jon-Eric Sullivan brings the Packers draft-and-develop philosophy to Miami - he spent 23 years in Green Bay learning from Ted Thompson and Brian Gutekunst, working alongside future GMs John Schneider, Reggie McKenzie, and Eliot Wolf. Sullivan hired Jeff Hafley (his former Packers DC) as head coach, reuniting their Green Bay partnership. Kyle Smith was brought in from Atlanta as AGM, and Champ Kelly (former Raiders interim GM) provides veteran leadership as Senior Personnel Executive. Brandon Shore (16-year Dolphins veteran, SVP) handles football administration and cap management. The holdover scouting staff includes Matt Winston (18 years, director of college scouting), Ron Brockington (20 years, senior national scout), and Chase Leshin (17 years). Brandon Shore continues as SVP of Football & Business Administration, handling cap/contracts. Key challenge: Tua Tagovailoa was benched after Week 15 in 2025 and wants out. This is a ground-up rebuild with Sullivan's first GM job.
