Spent entire NFL career with Packers (2003-25): training camp intern (2003), NFS representative (2004-07), Central Plains scout (2008-11), Southeast scout (2012-15), director of college scouting (2016-17), co-director of player personnel (2018-21), VP of player personnel (2022-25). Worked under Ted Thompson and Brian Gutekunst; part of front office that included John Dorsey, Reggie McKenzie, John Schneider, Eliot Wolf. Played WR at South Carolina (1995-97) and Gardner-Webb (1998-99). Caught passes from Warrick Dunn at Catholic HS in Baton Rouge before transferring to Fork Union Military Academy. Student assistant WRs coach at Gardner-Webb. BA in Social Science (Gardner-Webb, 2000). Worked at GMAC Insurance before entering NFL.
